'Scrutiny on those left out rather than included'
Thomas Tuchel's new selection draws attention on those the boss has left out instead of the included names.
Jude Bellingham's exclusion may cause surprise but Tuchel understandably feels there is no rush to bring back the Real Madrid star.
City’s Foden and on-loan Everton forward Grealish have both excelled at the start of the campaign.
The players the manager used in the team’s World Cup qualifier wins versus Serbia and Andorra deserve the chance to continue.

The England boss is a fan of the attacker, in particular, and also Foden.
If there is one surprise, it comes in the exclusion of Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be needed further down the line.
